Burmese Rosewood Turning Squares

Dalbergia oliveri

The main origin for this beautiful wood is Myanmar (formerly Burma). It is hard and heavy with a color that ranges from reddish -orange to a deep red, oftentimes with dark stripes. It is oily and fairly easy to turn. Takes a beautiful, high polish. Very rare.
